Thanks to the generosity of the members and donors of the TouchStone Arts Council and the numerous participants at TouchStone Arts Council events, post-secondary scholarships have been provided to students since 1989.
 

More than $ 22,000 has been distributed to over forty-five individuals through the years.

Recipients, whom are all graduates from Montgomery County Iowa schools, excelled in fine arts curriculum and actively participated in related activities during their secondary
school years, whether performing or visual arts.

 

Recipients continue their involvement in the fine arts by matriculating into a higher education institution,
with a major or minor in the fine arts.
